Lumen AV Resource upgrade

Through funding from Arts Council England, Yorkshire and a unique sponsorship deal with Sanyo UK, Lumen have upgraded its AV hire resource.

A range of new equipment is availble for reduced rate hire by artists, arts organisations, galleries, arts festivals and community projects.

New equipment includes a range of Sanyo LCD video projectors, professional video playback decks, projection screens, professional digital video cameras, microphones and audio equipment.

Lumen is one of the UK’s leading arts agencies supplying display equipment for public, gallery and live event installations. For over three years Lumen have provided a hire resource of industry standard exhibition equipment to support the growing needs of artists and arts organisations applying media and moving-image technologies.
Equipment is made available through low cost hire rates that reflect the different means and needs of individuals and organisations.

The equipment varies between traditional and sophisticated audio-visual technology for ‘dry’ hire (equipment only) and ‘wet’ hire (with technical support). Consultancy support is available to identify viable production routes for the installation of more complex projects in live, architectural and other publicly sited contexts.

New purchases on the equipment list are highlighted in red.
