In March 2011, the BBC staged a live-to-air dance performance of Frankenstein’s Wedding on BBC3. We worked with London-based animators Seeper to create visuals for this multi-set production which illuminated the remains of Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds. The performance was received by a live audience of 12,000 and an estimated televison audience of 2 million. Lumen projections provided exciting visuals throughout the set and for the big screen.
Seeper’s work has been nationally and internationally acclaimed and it proved a fantastic opportunity for Lumen to tap into and learn from a world-leading proponent of projection and animation techniques.
