Evolution is organised by Lumen, a not-for-profit arts organisation based in Leeds, UK.
Alongside the organisation's ongoing artistic programme, Lumen also provides a range of subsidised services for the arts sector, including the operation of an AV equipment hire resource, technical consultancy and project management.
